Hotel Floyd is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 (two) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 2 (two) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 15 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.

Rooms are booked online by room type and not specific room names. If booking a specific room, please contact Hotel Floyd by phone (540-745-6080) to reserve that room.

Guests will be subject to additional charges for violations of Hotel Floyd’s policies of no smoking, no pets, and damaged items found in all guest rooms . Credit cards on file will be charged for all damages.

Daily housekeeping service is complimentary and available during your stay upon request. Please let the front desk know if you would like this service during check in.

Quiet hours are maintained between 11:00PM and 7:00AM

Pets are welcome in designated "pet friendly" rooms. Not all rooms are pet friendly.

Hotel Floyd is not liable for lost or stolen items. Lost items will be held for 7 days. Returned items are subject to $5.00 admin fee and postage costs.
